    Hi joelmorehouse,

You can redirect to any page you want after the customer pays. Perhaps create a thank you page?

There is no URL or shortcode, it is just up to you what URL you want to use.

Does that answer your question? If not sorry, perhaps I am misunderstanding your question.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi Scott,

Thanks for the quick reply. Actually, I’m trying have a user be redirected to the page they would land on had they clicked on the PayPal button. I’m just not sure which URL to direct to.

For example, I’m offering resume writing services. Right now, the user needs to submit their info via contact form, then click the PayPal button to provide payment. I’d like them to just be redirected to the payment page after clicking submit so they don’t also have to click the PayPal button created by the plugin.

    Thanks!

    Hi joelmorehouse,

So you are using a contact form and you when the form is submitted you want them to be redirect to the PayPal payment page?

There is no way to do that. The variables cannot be passed via a URL in the free version.

    I would suggest two things:
    1. The Pro version does allow you to pass variables via a URL and I can help you get this working. It is mostly an unknown feature of the Pro version.

    2. You may want to simply look into my Contact Form 7 PayPal addon plugin – it does exactly this: https://wpplugin.org/contact-form-7-paypal-add-on/

    Does that help?

    Thanks,
    Scott
