redirect to cart after adding to basket not working

Yes, it was blank then, but then I reverted the site from the checkpoints.

Now, as usual, ?Redirect to the cart page after successful addition checkbox is ticked but when I click on save, it gets unticked.

Also, when I click on the “Add to cart” button, it redirects me to the checkout page, whereas I need to be redirected to the cart page.
