Redirect to file not working for some downloads

    when users visit the page they click on download link and get to download page and wait for 15sec for file but its not redirecting to file link after 15seconds …this problem is happening with few download not all

    please help

    hey! its working on those files now but earlier it wasn’t on few downloads and I don’t why I was receiving comments from my users that they are getting redirect to same download page again and gain after 15secsonds
