Redirect to multisite

  • Hi, I need to transfer mydomainold \ blog1 to mydomaninew \ blog1 in a multisite installation. The blogs are about 1000 and have posts shared on facebook.
    I would like that by clicking on Facebook posts that link to old blogs, they will be redirected to new blogs. Do you know if this plugin can do this?
