Redirect to option.php / settings

  • Good day,

    I have a problem regarding about my site, https://www.metamorfose.ph . I’ve been working this for more than a week. I got an 406 not acceptable error and then i solve it with some research. but now after I’ve done all the tricks about 406, when i update any of my page and editor. It always redirects me to option.php or setting page.

    Can someone help me regarding this one?

    Ok, if that’s all you did, it shouldn’t have caused a problem. Personally though, I would have contacted your hosting provider, let them know their mod_security rules are too strict, and let them sort out a fix on their end.

    As for your problem now, try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    I think i didn’t fix the 406 error. My fault

    I just installed a fresh WP and uses the default theme, no plug-in installed. and still got the same problem.

    I’ve contacted our provider regarding the mod_security. Thanks for the advice.
