Redirect to Page X when Product Y is in cart

  • Hello!

    I’d ask for a plugin/solution to get the following work:

    When the customer adds a specific product to the shopping cart I’d like to do a redirect to a predefined page.

    I do not know for what I have to search for. Do you have any ideas or do you know a plugin to do this?
