Redirect to page/URL after review submitted?

  • Is there a code snippet that would allow after review is submitted for user to taken to another page on blog instead of displaying canned message? This is very useful in providing a thank you page, maybe video from site owner thanking them for feedback.

    Also I have found that reviews are being posted in duplicate in admin section for approval.
