redirect to pdf does not work

    Hello, we want to redirect the user to the pdf, after he filled in the form, but it does not work. Can you please advice us, how we should configure it?

    Hi!

    In “General Settings”, check ON “Redirects directly to the PDF after sending the form?” and chhose “New Window”.

    Hello,
    these are exactly the settings we tried and it didn’t work for us.

    We also tried the Popup and Same Window option, however that doesn’t seem to work either.

    Apparently one was active, however I have now deactivated it and tried again with the settings you recommended and I once again wasnt redirected to the PDF.
    I have tested this with Firefox, Chrome and Opera.

    But shouldn’t this redirect function work even if a pop-up blocker is enabled, since it’s just a redirect from JS to the generated file?
