Redirect to Post Instead of Portfolio Page

I have placed the shortcode for the portfolios on to a page called Projects. When clicking on the buttons/breadcrumbs above the projects to filter them, it redirects to another page. Giving a 404 page not found and in some cases it will filter, show the filter, and then redirect right afterwards.
