Redirect Hack

Hello everyone, I have a big problem and don′t know how to solve it. My site was hacked days before. After that, sometimes my site redirects the users to redirectoffers.org (unsecure site).
Other times if I delete all cookies from my browser and reload the page, will be redirect to redirectoffers.org too.
I have not idea what are happening, but is something with cookies.
Anybody know some case similar?
I have WP-4-6 with this plugins:

-W3 Total Cache
-WooCommerce
-WooCommerce Helper
-WooZone – WooCommerce Amazon Affiliates
