Redirect to same page after submit

    I switched my server and since then all forms redirect to the same page after submit .. no matter what i chose under “actions after submission” (currently: text). How can I solve this? (it appears @ every version of form maker)

    I made a fresh test form – same:

    The forms work though technically.
    Data gets submitted, stored and emails sent.
