Redirect to second page not working

Hi there,

I’m using your plugin for a while now, and it worked great! But when I updated Contact Form 7 and the plugin to the latest version, the page redirect from the first to the second page isn’t working anymore.

In the Network status, I do get a 200 OK status for the page redirect, but the page doesn’t get redirected to the second page. The form on the first page does get submitted though.
