  • Im Looking for same solution

I understand that this can be addressed in PMPro Advanced Settings, in the messages for logged-in non-members and logged-out users. Still, as I am a novice at all this, and don’t fully understand how to correctly redirect, I am struggling with it myself.I’ve managed to set everything else up – and am really pleased with it.

I am using PMPro + PMPro woocommerce, and Theme My Login. My Register button (of the PMPro log in/register type) redirects to an error page (but the URL suggests its the default pmpro page:

    https://firstnovelmasterclass.com/my-account/membership-levels/).

I’d like it to go to my membership product page in woocommerce instead, URL:

    https://firstnovelmasterclass.com/product/first-novel-masterclass/

I believe this can be done in the Advanced Settings, but can anyone advise how to set it out – laugh out loud, I’ve only spent the last five days trying to figure this out… but I’m still smiling! I’d love you forever if someone can suggest something I haven’t yet tried. Many thanks.

    Hi there,

This should help solve your problem.
Login to your wp admin. In the Memberships menu, follow the Add Ons link and you will find “Theme My Login” plugin under the Recommended Plugins heading.

Redirecting on login is just one of the customisations that you can do with it.

    Good luck, Shane

Shane, thank you very much for your advice. I have already done as you suggested and these work ok, but I have a course which requires membership on my site. When the Log/Register buttons appear to access the protected pages, these are what I cannot redirect (especially the LOG IN)and just get 404 error pages. I think I’ll need to get someone to fathom it out for me. I’ve probably reached my personal limit of techy-know-how.

    Hey guys,

The easiest way to customize the page redirected to after login is to use the pmpro_login_redirect_url filter. This way, you don’t have to mess with anything in Advanced Settings or TML unless you want to.

If you need further help, please consider becoming a PMPro member for our member support forums.

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks,
    Jess
