Redirect to thank you page after submit

Although this plugin looks to be a bit out of date, it is linked to from the Jetpack documentation for adding a redirect to a specific page when the contact form is submitted:

It would be worth trying that out to see if it still works.

If that plugin doesn’t work, and you can’t find a similar one that does, you may want to consider using a different plugin for your contact form. Another good contact form is Ninja Forms, and you can redirect after submission of a form:

But I don’t have a problem with the contact form on the right, but the left one. It is the default one that came with the theme.
I have some other websites and have the same problem.
Do you have some suggestions here?

We’re unable to help you here because we do not have access to your theme’s source code, and publishing such code runs afoul of various copyright laws. If your theme’s developer isn’t willing to support their customers, about your only recourse is to hire someone to look at your installation and develop a solution.
