Redirect to thankyou page through survey

We have checked but didn’t notice any issues/problems in this regard on our end.
I mean we can normally take the link and the redirection process is being normally done both while being logged in and non-logged in.

Most presumably, there are some permissions set on that page, so that only the logged-in users can be redirected.
That is the reason, you are normally being redirected only when logged in.

Please let me explain this.
We organize the redirection process in the same way: By taking the link written in the Redirection option.
However, because of the permissions set on that page, the system redirects you to the home page when you are not logged in (Guest).

So, for now, you can try to use another link, not the link of the login page, and check again in that way.

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

first checkout is while i was logged in second is while i am using as a guest in result setting i have give the exact link of the thank you page to redirect after checkout but this is only happening in while i am logged in… Moreover i haven’t found any permission that is restricting the guest customer to go to thank you page… Kindly look into this

Thank you very much for your detailed clarification.

We have checked the video you have provided us with and noticed that you are using WooCommerce.
We can’t say for sure, but, probably, that page was created by WooCommerce.

Most presumably, WooCommerce has some kind of requirement/condition, because of which it doesn’t accept the guests to enter that page and redirects them to the home page.

As you can see in the link of the screenshots below, it checks some PHP requirements and in case you don’t meet the requirements, you are being redirected to the home page.
Unfortunately, it is not connected with us.

For now, you can just try to enter that link via Incognito Mode (Logged-out).
By this, you will see that, again, it redirects you to the home page.

I would recommend you to get in touch with their Support Team so that they can understand what is the problem and why you are being redirected to the home page while you are not logged in (Guest).
