    Hi there!

Everything is working great so far except on the subscription tab I have chosen the “Redirect after subscription URL” and checked the “Open in a new window (tab)”. When I test the pop up (which is set to only appear on the homepage) I click Go to submit the Name and Email and then it re-directs to the link (the link is a pdf media link where people can download it once they have submitted their name and email)
but on the same page which means my Homepage is not accessible unless they click back.

    It’s happening here: https://143.95.245.25/~amyrobin/

Can you please help resolve my issue? Thanks in advance.

I checked your page with popup one more time, everything works fine.
Most likely the problem is that your browser automatically blocks pop-ups, therefore our popup cannot redirect users after subscription to a new window. Please check the settings of your browser.

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I have tried it on Firefox which does seem to be blocking the pop up, but then I tried it on Chrome and Safari which don’t have pop up blockers set up and it still didn’t work :[

    Hello!
I just checked it in Chrome browser and it works correct – redirected me to the link in new window of browser.

By default, Google Chrome blocks pop-ups from automatically showing up on your screen. When a pop-up is blocked, the address bar will show a pop-up blocker icon chrome pop-up blocked. You can also decide to allow pop-ups.

To allow pop-ups in Chrome –
    1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar, then select Settings.
    2. Scroll Down and Click Show advanced settings.
    3. In the “Privacy” section, click the Content settings button.
    4. Scroll down to the “Pop-ups” section and choose allow all sites to show pop-ups.

    Please try it.

    Hmm…

Is there a way to force open it? I’m worried that everyone who goes to the site will be unaware of these extra steps.

    Hi!
This is a security policy in the Web in general, and especially in the browsers – if the user has enabled blocking the opening of additional windows in the browser – we physically can not prevent it. But in the majority of browsers by the default this lock is not enabled.
