redirect url not working

    Hi I’m using this great plugin for couple of months now on website https://www.forpeopleonthemove.eu . Today I tried to click the button (it sends visitors to a survey when they want to close browser), but redirect to url when clicking button is not working anymore.
    Any help please someone? Thanks in advance!
