Redirect URL that has no parameters to URL with paramters

    I have a URL that ends with /dealer27/ and has no parameters and I want to redirect it to /dealer27-offer/?param1=test&param2=test2&param3=test3, but no matter what I try the redirect to URL does not contain the parameters when the redirect completes. Please point me in the right direction.
