Redirect user to custom url when submitting email

This plugin is great, but I was wondering if there was a way that I can redirect a user to a ‘Thank You’ page upon submitting the send email link. Right now a short message pops up, but I’m hoping to redirect them to a different URL. Any way I can do this? I can delve into some code if I need to. Thank you
