Redirect v2.6.0 stopped working

Since the last update of Contact Form 7 Redirect (v2.6.0) the redirect to a page stopped working. I waited a while hoping for an updated CF7 Redirect version. But that did not come sofar.
Today I migrated to WP 6.0. The redirect function unfortunately still didn’t work.

On an other site (www.vakantiehuisverhuur.eu) I am still using Redirect 2.5.0. This version functions very very well.

I tried to make a new redirect-rule on https://www.magoster.nl but also that one was neglected. I removed it again.

What can I do to make this very desired function work again.
