Redirect WooCommerce product links?

    Hello, should the Safe Redirect Manager be functioning with WooCommerce product links?

    I want to redirect from a new upcoming product to a extra info page saying that the product will be available soon.

    The link is like /en/product/product-slug (because we are also using WPML, it’s multilingual).
    But if I enter any form to redirect from, it will not work. I tried:
    /en/product/product-name
    /*/product-name
    /*/*/product-name
    *product-name*
    /*/*/product-name/*

    …but none of the above worked for the link mysite.com/en/product/product-name

    @w-sky Just tested on a simple WooCommerce site and it does redirect properly. I added a redirect from /product/product-slug/ to https://mysite.com/shop and it properly redirected.

    I expect in this case it’s a conflict with WPML and not WooCommerce.

    Thank you! Yes that’s it. I checked by deactivating WPML for a brief moment and I can confirm the redirection from /en/product/name does work with WPML off. So Safe Redirect Manager is not compatible with WPML when it is using the URL language directory scheme.
    The 2 other WPML schemes, different domain per language and Language name added as a parameter, probably are easier.

    Anyway, the product is ready now and I do not need to create that redirection any more. Other redirections that we are using are working fine, which are quick access links on the root of our page. No problems with those.
