    Hi @editor4alan

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

I checked both pages but I can see the form is different now and there is only a PayPal field on one form and the Name field on the second form.

Select 2 is the library that Forminator uses to dropdown but since I don’t see any select field it is weird this error is happening on your page.

Could you create a Staging site using https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ then add the non-working form back and share the Staging URL so we can take a deeper look?

    Best Regards
    Patrick Freitas

OK, I made the clone. Here is the link to the home page: https://pinetreeguidedogusers.org/pine-tree-clone/

    Just to clarify:

    https://pinetreeguidedogusers.org/pine-tree-clone/?page_id=1109
Pine Tree Guide Dog Users Registration
This is the page that should redirect to Pine Tree Guide Dog Users Payments, but it doesn’t work.

    https://pinetreeguidedogusers.org/pine-tree-clone/?page_id=1143
Pine Tree Guide Dog Users Payments
This is the page to which the Registration page should redirect. The only field is the PayPal field.

    https://pinetreeguidedogusers.org/pine-tree-clone/?page_id=1150
    Redirect Test Page
This is just a test page with one field. I set it up to test the redirect function, and it works. This is only a test page that will be removed when the site is ready.

    Hope this helps! Thank you!

I think we found the problem. The Address field #4 used the Forminator address field with the Country option that provides a prefilled drop-down list of countries. I deleted that field and replaced it with a text field, and now the redirect works. Thank you for your help and work! Not sure why the field failed, but perhaps you have some insight for the future and for other users.

Just FYI: I added back the Country field and the redirect worked. No explanation. Probably deleting the fields one-at-a-time would have saved a lot of trouble! I hope others can learn from this.

    Thanks again!
