redirect_to doesn’t work when plugin enabled

Firstly, thanks for a great plugin.
But I guess I’ve found a bug. When “Allow Users to Register” is set to Enable in a sub-site, WP built-in feature redirect_to stops working. For example, I use access restrict plugin which generates link like sitename.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=previus_page and it simply redirects to home page instead of previous page. Same is when I create link that contains redirect_to in its URL. Once I untick “Allow Users to Register” everything starts working fine and all redirects work correctly.
Hope this could be fixed in future updates.
