Redirect_to error on login page

Hello.
I have an issue with Global Site Access option of Ultimate member plugin. I’d like to make “Site accessible to Logged In Users”. When I choose this value all links from login form (Register, Forgot password) don’t work – only redirect_to appears in url.

If you look into console, you’ll see error “[DOM] Found 2 elements with non-unique id #redirect_to…” – it seems like core error.
I think it could be the reason for such behavior. How to fix it?

It’s a clean install of WP, 2015 theme – Only one settings changed actually – Global Site Access. I created it for test. It works the same with error on my main website.
