    Hi,

using a ftp client you can rename the thecartpress folder to thecartpress_old. Then you could log into your wordpress.

Then you can rename again the folder of thecartpress and activate the plugin. TheCartPress will check if the page exists and it will display a message and a link to resolve it.

    Best regards

Thank you. That worked. The my-account page already exists but we had made it Private because we don’t use the shopping cart feature (we only use TheCartPress as a catalogue). I have to make the page Public to be able to log in with TheCartPress enabled. This was working before the 1.5.3.1 update was installed. Did something change?

Is there an option to hide the my-account page and still be able to log in?

Also, now I’m getting a notice that the “Sign in”, “Register”, “Forgot your password”, and “Pick a new password” pages are missing but when I click the “Checking Page” link, it takes me to a blank page. I don’t remember having such pages before. Is this part of the 1.5.3.1 update?

    Thank again for the help.

    Hi,

I’m going to support this issue (Login page as private).

About this blank page, Could you set your site in debug mode (wp_config.php set WP_DEBUG to true)?

And yes, we have added to Checking page those new custom pages.

    Best regards

OK. WP_DEBUG has been set ‘true’ in wp-config.php.
