Redirected to "Your cart is empty" after order

When using the PIN payments gateway, customers are directed to /cart page with the message “Your cart is empty” after a successful payment. Instead of showing the normal order summary page.
Direct deposit payments show the expected summary page.
Any general ideas how to debug this? I’ve disabled all plugins and tried an alternative theme with no luck.
BTW is there a paid support option for woocommerce? I can’t find anything on their site besides the WooExpert program.
