Redirecting a new page to another site…

Suppose I was trying to make a new page on my WordPress.com blog; how can I make it so that when people click the page tab (e.g. Twitter) it would lead to another site (such as twitter.com/milionare). I’m trying to do one with DeviantArt. I was trying to attempt this 2 years ago, but apparently I forgot for various reasons…
