redirecting a third party call

hello
my theme is making a third party call for a javascript from cdnjs.cloudflare.com but i wanted to change that and host that file locally. but unfortunately my theme function file is encrypted .
now my question is can i redirect this third party call with redirection plugin? if so how?
i want to mention i already tried doing this as the plugin actualy gave me a notice saying this is a sever redirection so i set it up but doesn’t seem to work..
i readly appreciate some help
