Redirecting back to checkout page

  • Hi,

    I have followed all the steps and entered the correct details in the backend. When I click on “Place order”, it is loading for a second, then showing a line, “Loading payment method, please wait. It may take up to 30 minutes.” and redirecting back to the checkout page.

    Can you tell me the reason for this issue?

    Hi @basheerkbk,

    It seems there is an issue coming from another plugin, could you deactivate other plugins and keep only Woocommerce and the MPGS plugin and try?
