redirecting blogger to self-hosted wp

I have been EVERYWHERE on teh internet – read until my head is gonna burst. There is SO much info out there on this topic.

So far, new WP blog is working fine. (Custom Domain Name was NOT applied to this blogger blog) All blogger posts / comments are imported.

– And I have a meta refresh to redirect HOME PAGE visitors to blogger to the new WP blog.

If a visitor arrives to blogger from clicking:
old.blogspot.com/mypost.html

I need it to redirect to:
mydomain.com/mypost.html

All permalinks match. The only thing left is to fwd blogger html to wp. And insert a php file in the root to switch URL domain names – but um, HOW? ??
