Redirecting old URLs to new URL

i moved from having my website fully running on WordPress to just having my blog page run on WP and the rest of the pages are written in html.

in order to keep the url of my blog the same, i wanted to keep the same url….www.example.com/my-blog, therefore my new wp site url, and site url is https://www.example.com/my-blog, whereas before it was just https://www.example.com.

In my old site, my blog posts would have the url https://www.example.com/2013/03/mypost

but now my blog posts have the url https://www.example.com/my-blog/2013/03/mypost

I have a bunch of links out on facebook and linkedin that refer back to my old blog url (which doesn’t work anymore, because i already migrated my website). How do i update or redirect those url to the new url format of https://www.example.com/my-blog/2013/03/mypost (e.g. adding in the my-blog)
