Redirecting ONLY works for admin

Hi,

I have been using this plugin for almost a year and it recently stopped working. After reading the recent posts, I have updated to the newest version.
The redirects used to work for all users, but right now it only works for admin users and not Subscriber users.

When I try to edit Subscriber redirect setting, the following warning appears: “****ERROR: Unknown error editing user-specific redirect for user [username]****”
When subscribers log in, they are redirected to “https://[wordpress website]/account-2/”
