redirecting sequential pages

Hello,
I’ve just changed the name of our site and moved it to a new partition on the same server.

I’ve put a redirection in htaccess in the old partition, but still getting a lot of 404s for urls such as /aec-news/politics/page/3/.

I’ve put redirections in place for the first page of each category, but don’t know how to do it correctly so that it flows to all of the subsequent pages.

Should it be like this (new categories used)?
newdomain/news-around-asean/politics-in-asean/page/# or newdomain/news-around-asean/politics-in-asean/#
