Redirecting somewhere else

Hi, I’m trying to use the redirect but it doesn’t redirect to the right place. If for example I want to redirect from: website.x/customer-panel TO website.x/login, it goes to website.x/sign-up. Isn’t supposed to go to website.x/login? I need that because some users need to register before using the site but is going to a sign-up page where only service providers use to list themself. privately I can send you the real site name for you to try and can give you full admin access to see inside. It’s a bit confusing. Thanks
