Redirecting to /membership-account/membership-levels/

    We want to just have one page where only one level can access… when users visit this page, there needs to be a message/login form if they are not logged in, however, the plugin is redirecting the page to /membership-account/membership-levels/

    the page is checked for only this membership level

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    If you navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > Memberships > Advanced Settings. You will see that you can change what message/link your users see or get directed to.

    Are you trying to restrict a Custom Post Type Page? If so, when a user lands on this page, they are redirected to the Membership Levels page directly.

    Thanks Travis,

    I have already configured that advanced page. But that’s the issue, when anyone that’s NOT logged in goes to https://revelant.com/investor-relations/
    (which is restricted to members)
    instead of the message they are redirected to the Membership Levels page (which i’ve renamed for now)

    How can we avoid this?

    For instance. We are using the same plugin and settings here:

    https://endingthegame.com/lesson-1/

    and this page does not redirect?

    oh wait, so there’s no way around the redirect if we are using a custom post type?

    I hope you had a great weekend @sdk, If you are using the CPT add-on then there is no work around for the redirect.

    However, there is a custom code recipe for adding the ‘Require Membership’ metabox for CPT’s and this should show the message that’s within the Advanced Settings.
