redirecting/moving wordpress to different domain in same account directory

    i have installed wordpress at the root folder of a domain and would like to redirect so that it resolves to another domain in the same account [dreamhost]. can i use the instructions for Giving WordPress its Own Directory?

    if not can anyone direct me to the instructions i should follow?
