Redirection

Hi ! I’d like to click on an icon that would redirect people to a slider that is in the same page. I tried different ways and with html code, I had the pic in the first images slider, but it appears alone ! I’m sorry if i’m not a the good place to ask.
Can I do it with shortcode ? If I can, would you please, tell me how to do it ?
