Redirection error – how to stop it

I tried to move WP from one domain to another on the same server.
Failed miserably
I can’t log in to the WP on the new domain because it keeps redirecting back to the old domain.

I am entering for NewDom:
https://www.dennisaknox.com/wp/wp-admin

but it auto redirects to OldDom:
https://coaching.alexander-knox.com/wp/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dennisaknox.com%2Fwp%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

and tells me my password in invalid?
Going around in circles.

The General settings in NewDom must have the url for OldDom in there.
How can I get at the WP Installation general settings for NewDom without doing the login.

Maybe I have to delete NewDom and all associated files and databased and start again, but would prefer not to if I don’t have to.
