Redirection is not working

Please read the documentation again and follow all the steps, only the design pages are optional but the success and fail pages are not, you need to upload them if you want to get redirected back to the website. I see you uploaded only a part of the design also and I’m not sure you configured the worldpay correctly like in the documentation.

I followed all the instruction properly.
But I am still getting same error. Can you please help me?

I can provide little more details:

payment is processed, order status showing successful payment status,
Also getting mail as order successful, from website and from WorldPay as well.

I am just facing issue in Redirection, else there is no issue.

I already looked at your website yesterday and did a test.
And as i said yesterday, read the documentation again and follow all the steps in there and add in worldpay the settings again. If you are not getting redirected back means that you didn’t add “WorldPay Account Required Payment Pages” or you didn’t add the “1. Copy: <wpdisplay item=CM_payment_response_url> in the “Payment Response URL” field.” in worldpay.
As i said yesterday you didn’t upload all the design elements and pages that you found in the plugin neither and the design looks only partially uploaded

Sorry it is not working, I did everything twice

My guess is that there is a problem with your theme, i also saw that after you press to pay with worldpay you miss the autoredirect to worldpay and you only see the form, the plugin inserts in that page some javascript that should auto redirect so your theme blocks it from doing that.
Your theme might be something and not allow the plugin to set up the return url to know where to come back after the payment it’s done.
Also make a print screen with the payment pages editor screen in worldpay to see that you have uploaded the required pages.
