Redirection issue during configuration

Hi,

I have installed the Facebook Chat plugin on the site, after adding my FB details through the plugin the page shows me the following message:

This page isn’t working
https://www.facebook.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I have cleared all of my cookies, and have tried many times to process the connection again, and setup but keep on getting this message.
