Redirection issue

    I am involved in the running of https://electrixinternational.com

    The website is built on WordPress Multisite.

    We have only recently noticed that if you type in electrixinternational.com/products into the browser, instead of taking you to the product page, it redirects to the homepage.

    It works fine, however, if you add the www. in front.

    Any idea why this is happening, and how to rectify it in a Multisite installation?
