Redirection loop if IP addresss is not input

Hi There,
This seems to be new – we’ve never had a problem with it before.
It’s a new install with the Quark theme and users where we have not input an IP address for them go into a redirect loop and the load of the page fails. Possibly something new with 3.8.2?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/restricted-site-access/
