Redirection not function with Version 4.5.1

Thanks for reporting the issue! The redirect functionality should support all versions of the Contact Form 7 plugin as it has hooks for both the legacy jQuery events such as wpcf7:mailsent and the new wpcf7mailsent type of native events.

Could you please confirm if there are any errors in the browser console when you submit the form?
