Redirection not functioning with 2.9.3

Even with 2.9.3, I’m not getting a redirect from here … https://projectlogin.net … to here … https://projectlogin.com … even though I’ve tried network and single site activation.
(I have deleted WP-Super-Cache.)
Thoughts?
