Redirection not working

  • Hi, we have a multicountry website. The website needs to redirects the visitor to the proper language. We have Apache in front of nginx. No other caching system but the plugin seems not to work.

    Can you give us a hint!

    If your website is using a reverse proxy sever, please make sure it forwarded the correct IP to the web server.

    There is no proxy or anything else on the server or DNS.
    The plugin is updated on the latest version.

    It appears that sometimes it works, and sometimes not. It seems also to condfuse when there are more than 3-4 country rerirection

    test.ourlab.gr should redirect to test.ourlab.gr/en-gb/ when visiting from UK and to test.ourlab.gr/en-ro/ when visiting from Romania
