    Hello @lew1s,

Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Are you trying to import redirections using a CSV file? If so, could you please check and confirm if the CSV has the correct values in the specific columns? Here is a guide that can help you check: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-manage-redirects-via-csv/#num-1-3-adding-values-for-columns.

If the issue persists, please share with us the CSV so that we can try to replicate the issue on our end.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Hey, the problem is with the redirection tool in general. When I open the tab I get this error: https://www.screencast.com/t/gv4i9V3yv5

Here is the email from Wordpess: https://www.screencast.com/t/aDZ5xfjtpe

    Hello @lew1s,

This indicates that there’s a corrupted redirection rule. Please head over to your website’s database panel or PHPMyAdmin, open the table “wp_rank_math_redirections” and remove all the entries in that table. (Please conduct a full backup for your website or database first before doing so).

Then, you can add the last redirection rule again and try importing the CSV file. Just make sure that the columns are correct as per the guide we shared with you earlier.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
