redirection not working

  • Hi there,

    When attempting to enter the redirect URL into the product redirection field and adding a product to the cart, the functionality is not functioning as expected.

    Specifically, the “add to cart” action remains in a perpetual loading state without any further progress or outcome.

    NB! We use Studiopress genesis theme.

    Hi,

    So, I found the conflicting plugin – CartPops (add to cart popup plugin).

    When we have CartPops enabled then your plugin does not work, when we disable it, then your plugin works.

    Could you please provide the fix for it?
