I am currently using the Whitelight theme and was having an issue with viewing on mobile devices. I installed a plugin to change the website design on a mobile device, but I ended up uninstalling and deleting the plugin. However, now my site it still being redirected to a mobile version on a mobile device, instead of my whitelight theme.

I have tried clearing/deleting my cache/history on all my devices and computer and that has not helped.

Please advise on what I need to do in order to view my regular website on a mobile device (I do not want it to redirect to a mobile version).

To see my problem, please visit https://www.caninepurpose.com on a mobile device and a regular computer.

Thanks in advance for your help!

  • Your theme is responsive. What I see on smaller width screens is the top menu overlapping the header slider. There appears to be some customizations here. Consult theme provider (Commercial Product) on how to use the responsive theme with custom CSS.

Also make sure the JetPack Mobile Theme is deactivated and any server cache in use is cleared after site edits.

Looks like this is a parent theme. Did you add/are you using a Child Theme? Edits to parent themes are lost on theme update.

Thanks for your response! I had not disabled the JetPack Mobile Theme. Once I did that, I can now see my Parent theme. I will use the links you provided to change my top menu from overlapping my slider.

    Thanks again!

Glad to assist! Woof! Please mark as resolved if so.
