• Hi, I’m having problems on my site that it seams my hosting company or woocommerce cannot solve. Can please someone help? and please remember that all this technical stuff is not thing ?? so go carefully with the explanations.

    When I try to go to checkout on my shop (I was testing the process) an error occur saying I had to many redirects. My hosting company found out this bug but said I should contact the plugin support. Woocomerce could not help.

    What should I do?

  • Hi there,

    The first thing I would do is try disabling all plugins to see if the problem goes away.
    If not, then I would try a different theme.

    It’s very likely this is not a WooCommerce issue, but a problem with some other component on your site.

    I’m not sure but I think that in the beginning everything worked fine. But now that I finished styling my website is giving me this error.
    When you say all, you mean all or the ones related to woocommerce?
