    Hi!

I used Redirection plugin by John Godley to redirect my site https://www.meditoi.fi front page to https://www.jooga.org. Then I desided to remove this redirection. I went to the setting of the plugin and removed the redirection rule. Redirection was still working!

Then I went to the settings again and removed all other stuff: groups, modules and logs. Now something happened – The whole site, existing and unexisting pages of it started redirecting to https://www.jooga.org!!! Only admin back-end (www.meditoi.fi/wp-admin …) and non wordpress pages (raw html pages outside the wp-directory) didn’t redirect.

I disabled the plugin, cleared browser history, tried another browser… still the same. I activated the plugin again and found “Delete Redirection” from plugin options. After clicking it, i found out that the wp_redirect_… tables from the database disappeared. But the whole site still redirects to https://www.jooga.org. .htaccess at the root of public_html has only code to tell that wp-should do redirection – no mentioning of jooga.org or anything else such.

I use Members only plugin to close the page from anyone without admin rights since the site is not ready. All the site (if user has not logged in) should redirect to wp-admin login page. I tried to remove that also but nothing changed.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Otherwise the next step is to reinstal the whole wp… Thank you very much.

Oops.. it was another plugin that somehow get messed up when i changed the other one. If you have similar problem and nothing I tried helps, try to disable all other plugins one by one and see if it helps.

    Good luck!
